Parts and Consumbles for Reverse Osmosis System--Ro osmosis membranes FRP Tanks and filter cartridges

How can our clients do the installation, operation and maintain for reverse osmosis system:

For the installation and operation, we have full installation diagram for sand, carbon and Ro membranes filling, electric diagram and operation manual, and the operation videos in English as well. Also we can offer field installation for client, but client friend will pay for the engineer fee and ticket, visa, accommodation fee and the food.

For the maintain parts, we are suggesting client’s to buy following items as replacement:

1. PP filter cartridges(normally the filtration accuracy will be 5micron with strong effect to remove colloids from raw water)  are suggested to replaced about every 1 to 2 months, so we will suggest client to buy 1-2 years for replacement.

We have different size of 20’’, 30’’,40’’ according to the different capacities of your Ro osmosis system capacity. 

Replace the pp filter cartridges regularly can help to protect Ro membranes and keep the outlet water having better taste and keep stable outlet pure water capacity and quality.

2.Quart sand(1-4mm): suggested to replace about 2 to 5 years decide by client’s raw water quality and real using condition, to remove large particles, TSS, Turbidity ect from raw water, and this consumble will suggest to buy locally.

3.Cation resin: suggested to replace about 3 years, to remove hardness composed of magnesium and calcium ions. It needs to use the rough industrial sea salt to do regeneration.

4.Activated carbon(2-4mm): replace about 2  to 5 years decide by client’s raw water quality and real using condition.  it can effectively remove smell,odor,color, residual chlorine ect from raw water, and suggested to by it locally.

5.Manganese sand (1-4mm): replace about 2 years, to remove irons such as Fe2+, Fe3+, Mn2+, Mn3+ from your raw water which will cause brown color and smells.

Replace the sand, carbon and resins regularly can help to protect Ro membranes and keep the outlet water having better taste and keep stable outlet pure water capacity and quality.

6. Reverse Osmosis Membranes is the most important element in Ro system with strong desalination rate up to 99.9%, can finally produce pure water for satisfying your purpose.

But it requires to replace about every 1 year to ensure high quality desalination ability. We have very good price and quality of China brand Osmosis membranes for fresh tap water, salty brackish borehole/underground well water, and the seawater  SW-Series as well.

Besides the above consumbles, following are some important composed parts for the osmosis system for your further learning of our system

Part 1:  Water Pumps---Raw Water Pumps, CIP washing pumps and High Pressure Pumps

1.Brand: Our company can offer China best famous brand CNP brand, or other European brand

2.Material: Can be SUS-304 for fresh city tap(river, lake, underground well) water purification, or SUS-316 for salty/brackish borehole water desalination, and 2507 material for seawater

3.Name and Function: Raw water pump can effectively offer enough pressure for pre-treatment part(such as sand/ carbon/resin filters, security filter); High pressure pump will work to provide pressure for Ro membranes to make H2O to pass the film and get pure water;  CIP Washing pump is designed for Ro membranes maintenance after it was using for several months and got blocked by scale.

Part 2-1:  Pre-treatment Filter Tanks--Multi-media filter, Quartz sand filter, Manganese sand filter, Activated carbon filter and Iron(boron, arsenic) removal, resin filter

Part2-2: Rinse and Backwash valves for filter tanks can be manual or automatic one as optional. Automatic valves are very convenient but in a little higher cost, while manual ones is cheaper. So client can choose them according to their real demands.

Part 3-1: PC panel--Anti-rusty Steel material control box

For this section, the outside of PC panel, we can see the online conductivity meter and PH online data for raw water and Ro output water. Then you can also see the whole system working process diagram. Besides, we can customize your company logo and other details on the electric box.

The inner electricity side, we have frequency inverter(if necessary), AC contactors, Thermal relay, Fuse box, Air switch, Indicator light, Knob switch, Power switch, Intermediate relay, Sound and light alarm, electrical miscellaneous items, etc. But if you want PLC control box, please check details as followed.

Part 3-2: PLC panel--The left photo is inductive operating panel,

For this section, we can customize your company logo and other details outside the electric box.

The inner electricity side, we have SIEMENS program control, Frequency inverter(if necessary), AC contactors, Thermal relay, Fuse box, Air switch, Indicator light, Knob switch, Power switch, Intermediate relay, Sound and light alarm, electrical miscellaneous items, etc.

Part 4: Membrane protection system(Anti-scale dosing) and membrane maintenance system(CIP  washing)

1.Anti-scale dosing system(SEKO Italy brand metering pump and yellow PE material tank) to protect the Ro membranes being blocked shortly by using anti-scalant, which will be fully automatically.

2.CIP washing system(CNP washing pump and PE washing tank) to maintain the Ro membranes by adding NaOH and HCL after using about half year, and the membrane are blocked.

Part 5: In addition, our system design Solenoid Valves, Gate Valve, Flow meters, Pressure gauges, High/Low pressure protection switches ect.
