Machine will be packed by standard wooden case. It is suitable for shipment. After you receive machine, you only need to open wooden case to pick up machine.

Our warranty is one year. If you have any problems in one year, just take photoes to show us. Our engineer team will help you to find problems. If any spare parts need to replace, we will send you new one for free.

Technology Support

The reverse osmosis pure water equipment system uses tap water, borehole water, well water etc. as raw water, which first flows through pre-treatment (the softener is optional), and then flow through RO reverse osmosis modules. After a series of treatments, particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses, heat sources and other harmful substances and 99% of dissolved salts in the water can be removed. The system's desalination rate is as high as 96~99%, making the outlet water conductivity <10µs/cm.

The discharged by-product (concentrated water) is harmless to the environment. It is a separation technology that meets environmental protection requirements. There is no need to pay too much attention to the stability of the incoming water quality. The water quality of the reverse osmosis system can remain stable for a long time without consuming any regeneration chemicals. This is one of its most important features.
