The 35000L/H Two-Stage Reverse Osmosis System with EDI combines the power of reverse osmosis (RO) with electrodeionization (EDI) technology to ensure the production of ultrapure water with a resistivity of ≥ 5MΩ.cm. The two-stage RO process removes over 99% of ions and other contaminants from the water, while the EDI system uses electrical current to remove ionized and ionizable species, regenerating the ion-exchange media without chemicals.
This system is chemical-free, utilizing only electricity for regeneration, which reduces operational costs and environmental impact. The EDI system continuously regenerates the ion-exchange media, ensuring consistent high-quality water output, ideal for high-purity applications in industries that require constant, high-flow purified water.

Working process:
Function of every part:
1.Raw water pump | provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter/ water softener |
| 2.Quartz Sand filter | get rid of turbidity, suspended matter |
| 3.Active Carbon filter | remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect. |
| 4.Water Softener filter | exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method |
| 5.Security filter | prevent large particles into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um |
| 6.High pressure pump | provide the high pressure to RO membrane |
