KYEDI-5000L/H
KAIYUAN
Product Description
The 5000L/H Double Stage EDI Deionized Water System is engineered for industrial applications requiring consistent and high-quality ultrapure water. The EDI technology uses an electrical current to separate ions from water, regenerating the ion exchange media continuously, which makes it both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. This system eliminates the need for hazardous chemicals and reduces maintenance costs associated with traditional ion-exchange methods.
The system is equipped with a two-stage RO system, where the RO membrane's desalting rate reaches 97% or higher, ensuring effective removal of up to 99% of ions and other dissolved impurities. The water then moves through the EDI system, which further purifies it by removing ionized and ionizable species, making it suitable for applications that require ultrapure water with resistivity values exceeding 5MΩ.cm.
Advanced EDI Technology: EDI provides continuous regeneration of the ion-exchange media, eliminating the need for chemicals, which makes the system environmentally friendly and reduces operational costs.
Double Stage RO System: The integrated double stage reverse osmosis system ensures high desalting rates and removes over 99% of ions and contaminants, ensuring pure, high-quality water.
Chemical-Free Process: Unlike traditional deionization systems, the EDI system uses electricity instead of chemicals for regeneration, reducing environmental impact and lowering operational costs.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Provides ultrapure water for drug manufacturing, meeting stringent quality standards.
Medical Applications: Used in hospitals and medical facilities for sterilization, dialysis, and other critical medical processes that require high-purity water.
Power and Energy Industry: Ideal for boiler feed water treatment and other energy-related applications where high-purity water is essential for operational efficiency.
