KYEDI-250L/H
KAIYUAN
Product Description
The 250L/H Ultrapure Water System uses a two-stage reverse osmosis (RO) process followed by electrodeionization (EDI), ensuring high water resistivity values ≥ 5MΩ.cm. The RO system effectively removes up to 99% of ions and other contaminants, making it ideal for use in boiler feed makeup water, semiconductor manufacturing, and laboratories. Following the RO process, the EDI system removes ionized species using an electric current, continuously regenerating the ion-exchange media without chemicals. This approach ensures high-purity water while being environmentally friendly.
Compact and Efficient: Designed to produce 250 liters per hour of ultrapure water, this system is suitable for small- to medium-scale industrial operations.
Advanced RO + EDI Technology: The two-stage reverse osmosis removes over 99% of ions, followed by EDI, which ensures water resistivity values ≥ 5MΩ.cm.
Cost-Effective Operation: Provides a continuous flow of ultrapure water, reducing the need for batch processes and lowering long-term maintenance costs.
Power and Energy: Supplies high-purity water for boiler feed water, cooling systems, and other critical power generation processes.
Laboratories and Research: Supplies ultrapure water for laboratory experiments, ensuring consistent and reliable testing environments.
Semiconductor Manufacturing: Used for producing ultrapure water in semiconductor manufacturing, where even minute impurities can affect the final product.

7.EDI system | utilizes an applied current to remove ionized and ionizable species from a water source while continuously regenerating the ion exchange media |
Q1:How does the two-stage reverse osmosis process work?
The RO system removes over 99% of ions and other impurities from the water, ensuring the feed water is clean before it moves to the EDI system.
Q2:What is the difference between EDI and traditional ion-exchange systems?
Unlike traditional systems that use chemicals for regeneration, EDI regenerates ion-exchange media using electricity, offering a continuous and chemical-free process.
Q3:Is this system suitable for laboratory applications?
Yes, the 250L/H Ultrapure Water System is ideal for laboratory applications requiring consistent high-purity water, such as research, testing, and experiments.
Our 250L/H Ultrapure Water System is built with sustainability and efficiency in mind. We offer a chemical-free process, where electricity is used for regeneration instead of harmful chemicals, making our system eco-friendly and significantly reducing your operational costs. This approach not only ensures high-quality water but also promotes environmental responsibility by minimizing chemical usage.
Additionally, the compact design of our system allows for high-efficiency ultrapure water production while occupying minimal space. This makes it ideal for industries with limited space for large equipment, offering a cost-effective and space-saving solution without compromising performance. Whether you’re in pharmaceuticals, laboratories, or any other industry requiring ultrapure water, our system provides a reliable and efficient solution to meet your needs.
