Large MF Multi-media Filtration Sand Carbon and Micro Filters for Industry Purpose

The following photo is to show our most popular and hot-sale technical process( Booster Water Pump- Stacked(laminated) filter- (Manganese sand filter)- Carbon multi-media filter -5micron filter), which can be applied into industrial waste water treatment, underground water filtration, and seawater pre-filter, consisting of booster raw water pump, which will pump water from the raw water tank and offer enough pressure for the following process such as Stacked (Laminated) Filter and multi-media filters. Stacked filter is widely using in in pre-treatment process for its advantage of energy-saving, highly filtration ability, fully automatic endogenous backwash function, and low backwash pressure to save water. Equipped with a controller, two three-way diaphragm valve, differential pressure switch, water source filter, stacked(laminated) filter has Reinforced Polyamide outside shell that can suite many kinds of installation environment, and its inside filtration material is 100micro Polypropylene, durable for more than 8 years using that don’t need to replace frequently. The main function for the stacked filter is to filtrate the sediments,particles ect large visible particle.

After the stacked filter, Manganese sand with quartz sand filter will be necessary for the raw water with large iron ions. As a significantly working process to remove metallic ions, and the iron oxide aeration process is required in front of the manganese sand filter to achieve the best removal effect.

Next, it will come to Activated carbon with the quartz sand filter, this process can significantly remove the smells, organic matters,odor,color and residual chlorine through activated carbon's adsorption function, and its strong adsorption function makes it a very good option for the textile waste water treatment. After the carbon, you can get highly clear water, but later a 5 micron filter will be recommended by the after the carbon filter to further and safer stop colloids ect more than 5micron.

Beside this pre-treatment, we also have the UF ultrafiltration system to further remove COD and BOD from waste water, also it can effectively remove turbidity, pathogens, water-soluble biological macromolecules, organic colloids, polysaccharides and microorganisms from your spring water and make it for the mineral drinking water.

Most important part for the industrial water filter,  it’s our Reverse Osmosis Membrane Desalination Technology,which will achieve no less than 97% desalination rate from the raw water. Reveres Osmosis System can get pure water low to 2ppm and make pure water. We design the auto membranes flushing function, and equipped with input water and dense water pressure meters, to monitor the RO differential pressure and remind the time of washing. What’s more, equipping low-pressure switch protects high-pressure pump from damage cause by water supply stops. PLC Programm control is widely using in Ro system.

Reverse osmosis systems can be widely used in different industries, including pre-processing industries such as electroplating, industrial painting and cleaning water. But if it involves sugar production or refrigeration boiler water, laboratory water, ultrapure water for fine electronic products, and vehicle urea water. We need to add an EDI system.

EDI, also known as continuous electric desalination technology, scientifically integrates electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology. Through the selective permeation of anions and cations in the anion and cation membrane stack and the exchange of ions in the water by the ion exchange resin, under the influence of the electric field Under the action of the water, the directional migration of ions in the water is achieved, thereby achieving deep purification and desalination of the water, and the filling resin is continuously regenerated through the hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions generated by the water electrolysis. The system can be continuously produced without shutting down and using acid-base regeneration resin. Get high quality ultrapure water conductivity less than 0.2us/cm.

  Question 1: How can clients get my suitable reverse osmosis water purification machine?

  Answer: We suggest our client friends to send us the raw water(such as underground water, tap water or seawater, river water, lake water...ect ) details and if possibly the raw water analysis report(If they don't have this, no worries, just tell me more information that if it's fresh water that can use for daily cooking or irrigation ect.), so we can suggest the suitable system on the basis of your raw water quality, and the system production capacity, treated water application.

 Question 2:How can i install my machine? If you can offer field installation?

 Answer:Yes, we can offer the field installation if necessary as required. But also we want to clarify thah the machine is very easy for installation, and we will offer the installation and operation videos for the machine, and the manual operation book and diagram needed.

Question 3: How can i place my order? and which way can i make payment? What's your payment terms?

 Answer:T/T or Western Union, cash in factory, Alipay ect. 30% deposit and 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Question 4:How can i get the machine for shipment and customs clearance? What's your trade terms?

 Answer: We can do EXW, FOB, FCA, CFR,CIF,DDP...  We can arrange the shipment to your forwarder warehouse(or your forwarder will pick up machine from our factory. Also we can ship the machine to your port or DDP to your address.

 Question 5:What's your warranty and service
